5. Do you use forceful spinal adjustments?
Not always. Treatment is individualized and may include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, rehabilitation exercises, and chiropractic adjustments only when appropriate.
6. How many treatments will I need?
It depends on your condition, competition schedule, and goals. After the initial assessment, we will recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
