Can I request a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule. Please contact us as early as possible.
How do I get to the clinic from Gotanda Station?
For first-time visitors, taking a taxi from JR Gotanda Station is recommended. Please get off near Togoshi 1-chome 6-7, then walk about 2 minutes to the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
Dr. Arai Chiropractic Tokyo operates by appointment only. Each appointment time is reserved specifically for one patient.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations or schedule changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellations or schedule changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, may be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations make it difficult to offer the reserved appointment time to another patient.
In cases of emergency, serious illness, accidents, natural disasters, or major transportation disruptions, we will review the situation individually.
